Default Chef denies dismembering, or even killing his partner .

CESAR Roman, otherwise known as “the King of the Cachopo, denied in court that he had killed his 25-year-old partner, Heidi Paz, and dismembered her, in Usera, Madrid, last August.
But police say the suitcase in which Heidi’s torso was found, is the same one Roman was seen dumping in a storage unit, shortly after her disappearance.
The victim’s body was found with her head, breasts and limbs cut off. A taxi driver testified that he drove Roman to a warehouse on 5th August, and helped him with his “heavy” case, which, he claimed, weighed around 60 kilos.
A subsequent fire at the storage unit led to the discovery of Heidi’s body on 13th August.
Police are yet to find Heidi’s limbs, but preliminary reports showed that she died as a result of asphyxiation.
Roman, well-known for his chain of five restaurants, which all served the traditional Asturian dish “Cachopo”, denies killing the victim.
